We have conducted hundreds of masonry and synthetic stucco surveys. Our service is also, referred by local counsel.
Service spore collection and / or moisture investigation(s) can support or not support the clients suspicions; with regard to mold presents. Spore collection(s) should be requested for the purpose of using the test results as developing a solution to a condition which affects or you believe may affect people. All spore collection methods will find mold(s). Some affect people and the results vary. Some people are not affected at all and others may have severe reactions. Immune compromised or sensitive individuals are types of individuals who may be more sensitive when exposed to active microbial growth. Microbial risk management or air quality investigation(s) can determine the presence / absence of microorganism (fungi, mold spores) amplification(s) – growth(s). In general, indoor microbial growth is measured as a comparison against the tested out side air quality (normal condition ), at the time of the inspection procedure.
